With 17 years professional dance experience my choreographic ambition is rooted in my deep curiosity to explore human experience through movement. My work often studies complex social and emotional narratives, whether linear and or abstract. My somatic research is emotionally driven, searching to find the origins of emotional states in the body and how we can create a intersection between curating dance through balletic knowledge and lived . Through this practice I aim to convey the complexities of being human: intimacy, identity, belonging, isolation, power, conflict and connection.
